Noman A. Lutfi joined Unilever Sri Lanka Ltd., from Unilever Pakistan Limited, as an International Assignee in 2015 and is presently the Supply Chain Director of Unilever Sri Lanka Limited. He has been with the organization since then as a Management Committee member of Unilever Sri Lanka Limited responsible for end-toend Supply Chain.
Lutfi graduated from the University of Karachi, Pakistan with a BSc Honours in Applied Chemistry and MSc in Foods Science and Technology.

He is serving as non-executive Board member of Unilever Pakistan Foods Limited. He also functions as a Board Director of GS1 Pakistan which handles all enquiries related to GS1 standards and in addition to the above, he holds the post of Vice President (Overseas) of SCAP (Supply Chain Association of Pakistan). Lutfi also functions as the Advisory Board Member of ISCEA, Pakistan which is the International Supply Chain Education Alliance in Pakistan.

A result Oriented Supply Chain professional with un-matched experience of more than two decades in FMCG and served various sub-functions of SC in Management and Leadership roles.

Organizational development for sustainable performance and Talent development through Capability building, Coaching and Mentoring are the key areas of his interests.
